• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of Flow Date Nectar according to your sweetness preference

• Add all ingredients into a jar, seal tightly and shake vigorously
• Pour over salads and veggie bowls or marinade mushrooms and meat alternatives

"Dreamy" Reishi hot chocolate

• 1 cup milk or your preferred plant-based option
  
• 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  
• 1 tablespoon of Dreamy Date Nectar (adjust according to preferred sweetness)
  
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  
• A pinch of sea salt
  
• Warm the milk in a small saucepan on the stove or in a microwave.
  

• Add the raw cacao powder, vanilla essence, Dreamy Date Nectar, cinnamon, and salt while continuously stirring the milk until well combined.
  
• Heat until it starts simmering. Avoid boiling it.
  
• Remove the hot chocolate from the heat and add it to your favorite mug.
